Cornish sardines are the epitome of sustainable British seafood. They have EU Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status, putting them in the same category as Champagne and Parma ham and meaning they’re responsibly caught in season, from well-managed local fisheries within six miles of the Cornish coast.
Our sardines are hand-processed in Plymouth. These small, silvery fish have soft, tender flesh with a fresh and clean, briny flavour.
