This is a pre order of our smoked rainbow trout which
is gently smoked over oak and preserved in a warm chilli infused extra virgin olive oil resulting in a wonderfully versatile conservas.
This superb fish is delicious with eggs for breakfast or with crackers, cream cheese & pickles.
All our Conservas are hand made in small batches & lovingly packed in Dorset.
