Serving suggestion: This Conservas is best served warm, when the butter has softened, and the flavours can sing. Drop the unopened can into recently boiled water for two minutes and remove with a slotted spoon before opening. Enjoy with brown rice and steamed greens or on fresh, warm bread.

Our hake is harvested from the certified hake fishery in Cornwall. The fish is caught using static nets, which are selective and allow juvenile fish to swim away freely, ensuring the Cornish hake population’s continued growth.
